Menpora: The BPK Did Not Find 1 PTT Case Regarding the Misappropriation of Indonesian Islamic Youth Tent Funds

Rakyat Digital. The investigation into the alleged deviation of 2017 Islamic youth camps should not have rolled out. There is nothing wrong with funding the activity. This was conveyed by the Minister of Youth and Sports (Menpora) Imam Nahrowi, as reported by the RMOL Jatim News Agency, Sunday (11/25).


"Everything is in accordance with the procedures and in fact the funds have also been given. I also convey that the examination at that time did not have any findings (fraud) from the BPK, then suddenly this case appeared," said the Imam.


It is known, the alleged corruption case of the 2017 Islamic youth camp activity suddenly became crowded after being raised to the investigation stage. At the investigation level, the police had summoned Dahnil Anzar, and the chairman of the camp event committee Ahmad Fanani.


This case originated from reports from a number of parties who claimed to know firsthand the use of the activity budget that used the state budget of the Indonesian Ministry of Youth and Sports (Kemenpora) 2017 budget year. The report is the basis of the police to carry out investigations to investigate this case.


However, the Imam did not want to then appear accusations between the parties involved.


"To Dahnil, I say please find out who the reporter is. Do not until later accuse even bring something that is not important to be published," said Imam.
